Nonprofit Consulting & Workforce Wellness

Real support for the people doing the hardest work.

Trauma-informed consulting, training, and wellness programming — rooted in supportive housing and nonprofit work, and extended to schools, healthcare, and any team doing meaningful, demanding work. Led by an LCSW and executive leader.

Built first for teams supporting people experiencing homelessness, severe mental illness, trauma, substance use, and complex needs — and adapted for schools, healthcare, and other mission-driven organizations.

Frontline social service workers sitting together in a warm, sunlit reflective space

Rooted in both lived understanding and clinical expertise.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, executive leader, and wellness professional with extensive experience in Permanent Supportive Housing and nonprofit leadership.

I currently serve in executive leadership within supportive housing, so I have firsthand understanding of the realities frontline staff, supervisors, and leadership teams face every day — and the emotional weight they carry while doing it.

This work is not theoretical. It's built from inside the field, for the people who keep showing up.

The Approach

Clinical depth. Executive perspective. Human delivery.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Clinically trained in trauma, mental health, and the nervous system — not generic corporate wellness.

Executive Leadership Experience

Currently serving in executive leadership within Permanent Supportive Housing, with years inside nonprofit operations.

Lived Understanding of Frontline Work

I know what direct service staff carry every day — because I've worked alongside them and led the teams doing it.

Grounded, Relatable, Practical

Content meets staff where they are: real tools, real language, no jargon, no fluff.

The Reality

Frontline staff are often navigating the same challenges as the people they serve.

Burnout, chronic stress, financial strain, caregiving, health concerns, compassion fatigue, emotional overload, and the constant pull between work and family life. Traditional supports like EAP programs are often underutilized, inaccessible, or disconnected from staff's day-to-day realities.

  • Burnout and chronic stress that don't end at clock-out
  • Compassion fatigue and emotional overload
  • Vicarious trauma from working with high-acuity populations
  • Financial strain, caregiving, and family responsibilities
  • Health and mental health concerns of their own
  • EAP programs that feel inaccessible or disconnected from daily life

FAQ

Nonprofit consulting & frontline staff wellness — what to expect.

Who is this work designed for?
Supportive housing programs, nonprofits, human services agencies, behavioral health and homeless services teams, case management programs, and healthcare-adjacent organizations — anyone whose staff are serving high-acuity populations and carrying real emotional weight.
How is this different from a typical EAP or corporate wellness program?
EAPs are often underutilized and disconnected from staff's day-to-day reality. This work is brought directly into your organization by an LCSW and executive leader who understands frontline and supportive housing work from the inside. It's relatable, practical, and trauma-informed — not generic.
What does engagement typically look like?
Engagements range from single in-service trainings to ongoing wellness series, reflective groups for case managers and frontline staff, leadership consultation, and full organizational consulting. We design the scope around your team's realities and budget.
Do you work with staff serving people experiencing homelessness, SMI, trauma, and substance use?
Yes. Much of this work is specifically built for teams supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, severe mental illness, trauma, substance use, and complex medical and social needs.
Are sessions virtual or in person?
Both. Trainings, workshops, and reflective spaces are offered virtually nationwide and in person regionally, with hybrid options available.
How do we get started?
Share a few details on the inquiry form below — your organization, population served, team size, and what's coming up for staff. We'll follow up with recommendations within a few business days.
